Meet the Team

Mark is the owner of Link ICT and as one of its founders, Mark works tirelessly to ensure that the company carries through his customer support values. Mark continues to work on site supporting customers as a Network Manager, sharing his wealth of IT knowledge.

Martin has been part of the Link ICT team since nearly the very beginning. As Technical Services Manager, Martin is responsible for the daily operations of the team, as well as working in his role as Network Manager to support many satisfied customers.

Having worked for Link ICT Services for over 10 years, Sarah has built strong relationships with our customers. Sarah is passionate about customer service and ensures that the team go above and beyond to meet customer needs.

Mark joined Link ICT all the way back in 2006. During this time Mark has progressed his career to become a Senior Technician. Mark’s strengths lie in his love of sharing his knowledge with both customers and other team members.

Max is enthusiastic about providing the best possible support, combining his technical knowledge with a passion for working with customers. Whatever the task, Max will do his best, from resetting a password to completing an AV installation.

With a strong background in IT support, Stuart has the technical knowledge to provide outstanding support to our customers. With an eye for detail, Stuart ensures that every support request is completed to the highest standard.

Harry began his career at Link ICT as an apprentice, before completing his studies and progressing to technician status. Harry is an diligent member of the team, keen to help and learn new things.

Since joining the Link ICT team, Matthew has proven his ability to provide excellent customer support. Matthew enjoys learning about all things IT and sharing his knowledge with customers.

With an impressive employment history providing support to a wide-range of customers, Connor is the perfect addition to the Link ICT team.

With a keen interest in networking and cloud infrastructure, Rob utilises his organisational skills and attention to detail to provide a high level of support to all customers.

With an impressive career history, spanning a range of It sectors, Andrew provides comprehensive IT support to our customers.

With a wealth of enthusiasm, Daniel is a great asset to the Link ICT team. He enjoys the hands-on nature of his role and the ability to learn new skills on a daily basis.

Adam is eager to go above and beyond to support customers and colleagues alike. Adam is passionate about IT and keen to provide the best possible support to our customers.

Following a career in teaching, Hannah joined the Link ICT team in 2019. Hannah’s role in administration encompasses both purchasing and accounts, as well as supporting the wider Link ICT team.

Following completion of her degree in Criminology, Danielle was keen to apply her research skills and analytical mind to the workplace. In her role in purchasing, Danielle ensures that our customers receive the best possible pricing by building outstanding relationships with suppliers.
