Meet the Team

Mark is the owner of Link ICT and as one of its founders, Mark works tirelessly to ensure that the company carries through his customer support values. Mark continues to work on site supporting customers as a Network Manager, sharing his wealth of IT knowledge.

Martin has been part of the Link ICT team since nearly the very beginning. As Technical Services Manager, Martin is responsible for the daily operations of the team, as well as working in his role as Network Manager to support many satisfied customers.

Having worked for Link ICT Services for over 10 years, Sarah has built strong relationships with our customers. Sarah is passionate about customer service and ensures that the team go above and beyond to meet customer needs.

Mark joined Link ICT all the way back in 2006. During this time Mark has progressed his career to become a Senior Technician. Mark’s strengths lie in his love of sharing his knowledge with both customers and other team members.

Max is enthusiastic about providing the best possible support, combining his technical knowledge with a passion for working with customers. Whatever the task, Max will do his best, from resetting a password to completing an AV installation.

Jordan plays a key role in business development and account management at Link ICT, driving outbound sales and working closely with technical colleagues to deliver tailored IT solutions that align with each organisation’s needs.

Harry began his career at Link ICT as an apprentice, before completing his studies and progressing to technician status. Harry is an diligent member of the team, keen to help and learn new things.

With an impressive employment history providing support to a wide-range of customers, Connor is the perfect addition to the Link ICT team.

With a keen interest in networking and cloud infrastructure, Rob utilises his organisational skills and attention to detail to provide a high level of support to all customers.

With a wealth of enthusiasm, Daniel is a great asset to the Link ICT team. He enjoys the hands-on nature of his role and the ability to learn new skills on a daily basis.

As an experienced Systems Administrator, with an enthusiasm for all things IT, Hugh enhances the services we provide to both business and education customers.

With a significant experience in customer facing roles, Jai combines his enthusiasm for IT with great customer service.

Having worked in IT roles throughout his career, Daniel is a fantastic addition to the Link ICT team. Daniel combines his passion for IT with his experience of supporting customers to give great levels of service to users.

Erin supports the business with key accounting tasks, contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations. Her attention to detail and proactive approach help ensure accuracy and consistency across our internal processes.
