Mark is the owner of Link ICT and as one of its founders, Mark works tirelessly to ensure that the company carries through his customer support values. Mark continues to work on site supporting customers as a Network Manager, sharing his wealth of IT knowledge.
Technical Services Manager
Martin has been part of the Link ICT team since nearly the very beginning. As Technical Services Manager, Martin is responsible for the daily operations of the team, as well as working in his role as Network Manager to support many satisfied customers.
Customer Relations Manager
Having worked for Link ICT Services for over 10 years, Sarah has built strong relationships with our customers. Sarah is passionate about customer service and ensures that the team go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
Mark joined Link ICT all the way back in 2006. During this time Mark has progressed his career to become a Senior Technician. Mark’s strengths lie in his love of sharing his knowledge with both customers and other team members.
Having worked as a recruiter for a number of years, David made the change to follow his passion of working within the IT industry. Our customers love David’s can-do attitude and his ability to stay calm under pressure.
As a long serving member of the Link ICT team, Callum has proven his ability to provide excellent customer support. Having started at the company as an apprentice, Callum demonstrated great technical abilities and progressed quickly to technician status.
Harry began his career at Link ICT as an apprentice, before completing his studies and progressing technician status. Harry is an enthusiastic member of the team, keen to help and learn new things.
With a background in retail and a keen interest in photography and gaming, Rachel was sought to pursue a career in helping others to use technology. Rachel has transferred her warm, friendly customer services skills to supporting our customers.
As the newest member of the team, Max has already shown that he is enthusiastic about providing the best possible support to our customers. Whatever the task, Max will do his best, from resetting a password to completing an AV installation.
Business Administration Apprentice
Following completion of her degree in Criminology, Danielle was keen to apply her skills research skills and analytical mind to the workplace. In her role in purchasing, Danielle ensures that our customers receive the best possible pricing by building outstanding relationships with suppliers.
Following a career in teaching, Hannah joined the Link ICT team in 2019. Hannah’s role in administration encompasses both purchasing and accounts, as well as supporting the wider Link ICT team.
