In 2019, Leeva Plumbing, a business located in Derbyshire with expertise in all things plumbing and heating, contacted Link ICT with a need to increase their business efficiency. Our experienced technicians listened carefully to understand Leeva’s needs and recommended that they establish a Microsoft 365 tenancy and incorporate Office365 into their IT system. 

Leeva Plumbing has found that since Microsoft 365 was integrated into the organisation they have benefitted in a number of ways: 

  • Access to an easy-to-use, collaborative email and calendaring system that helps keep the team connected and organised, despite the government implementation of working from home where possible 
  • They have the facility to create documents in Microsoft Office 365 by using the different tools available like Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint. 
  • Sharing and storing documents has never been so easy, with the capacity of 1TB of secure cloud file storage and being able to edit documents in real-time, collaboratively with other staff members. 
  • Communication between the team has also improved with Microsoft Teams. They now can create group chats, video calls and share their screen with other members of staff for presentations and discussions. 

Leeva Plumbing also uses our remote support ticketing system to ask for help whenever an IT issue occurs. It enables our technicians to respond quickly and efficiently, as many IT problems can be solved remotely.
